Because celebrations shouldn’t come at the planet’s expense.
At Ederer Hall, we believe that beauty and responsibility go hand in hand. From the very beginning, we’ve made choices that reflect our commitment to sustainability—not just because it’s trendy, but because it’s part of who we are.
In-House Place Settings
We offer elegant, reusable place settings in-house—no need for disposable plates or plastic cutlery. It’s one of the simplest ways to reduce waste, and it helps every table feel intentional and elevated.
Local Rentals, No Plastics
We partner with a local rental company that shares our values.
No plastic-wrapped linens
No single-use packaging
Just beautiful, reusable pieces delivered with care
It’s a small detail that makes a big difference.
Food Truck & Catering Policy
Whether you’re bringing in a food truck or drop-off catering, we have one clear rule: All food service items must be compostable or reusable. That means plates, napkins, utensils—everything. We’ll help guide vendors and clients through it so it’s easy and seamless.
Composting & Recycling
We compost. We recycle. We train our staff to sort properly. And we’re always looking for ways to improve. Sustainability isn’t a checkbox—it’s a practice.
Coming Soon: No-Waste Wedding Packages
Once we finalize our in-house bar glassware, we’ll be able to offer full no-waste wedding packages. That means:
Reusable place settings
Compostable service items
In-house bar glassware
Thoughtful waste sorting and cleanup
We’re so close—and we can’t wait to offer this option to couples who care as much as we do.
Why It Matters
We host celebrations that honor love, family, and community. We want those celebrations to honor the earth, too. Being a sustainable venue isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress, intention, and care.
