Your rental includes exclusive access to Ederer Hall during your booked hours, standard tables and chairs, basic cleaning, and support from our team throughout the planning process. Additional services like bar, décor, and coordination can be added à la carte.
Yes. A refundable damage deposit is collected 2 weeks before your event. It covers any excessive mess or damage beyond normal use. We’ll return it promptly after a post-event walkthrough.
Events under 75 guests: $500 security Deposit
Events over 75: $1000 Security Deposit
Damage Deposits are taken via debit or credit card, this card will be be charged, and then refunded post event.
Ederer Hall can comfortably host up to
- 250 guests seated (No dance Floor)
- 210 seated (small dance floor)
- 270 cocktail style reception
- 150 ceremony and reception w/flip
- 210 ceremony & Reception w/flip - additional cost
Ederer Hall has a Fire Code capacity of 294, this includes all individuals in the building including staff & guests, and vendors.
Absolutely. We welcome outside vendors. We also offer a preferred vendor list if you’d like recommendations.
Yes! We’ve curated a list of trusted vendors who know the space well and align with our values. You’re welcome to use your own team or mix and match.
Nope! Ederer Hall does not have a music curfew. You’re welcome to keep the party going as long as it’s within your rental window. Alcohol service must stop at 2am like any other bar.
