Ederer Hall Memberships​

Secure reliable weekday access to Ederer Hall with community-forward memberships designed for local teams, creative projects, and nonprofit programming. Choose the Community plan for three half-day sessions per year or Community Plus for five half-day sessions per year. Both plans include priority booking, member weekend discounts, and discounted weekday hourly rates once your included sessions are used.

 

Membership Overview

• Community — $3,000 per year

  • Includes: 15 hours of rental time usable Sunday-Thursday

  • Weekend discount: 10% off standard weekend rental rates.

  • After sessions are used: 10% off the standard Weekday rates and no cleaning Fee

• Community Plus — $5,000 per year

  • Includes: 20 hours of rental time usable Sunday - Thursdays

  • Weekend discount: 20% off standard weekend rental rates.

  • After sessions are used: 20% off standard weekday rates and no cleaning Fee

 

What You Get

• Designated amount of rental hours, you choose when and how you use them. - Remember, event setup and teardown must happen within your rental window.

• Member weekend savings: Automatic discount applied for Friday & Saturday Bookings

• Discounted weekday hourly access: After your included hours are used, book additional weekday hours at a discount and NO cleaning fee

• Use of our tables, chairs, and AV system for the duration of your rental

 

How It Works

1. Purchase the membership to activate a 12-month term.

2. Reserve your events as soon as you are ready,

3. Use your included hours within 12 months; unused hours expire at the end of the membership term.

4. Once included hours are used, schedule additional weekday time with your member discount.

5. Reschedule with at least 60 days’ notice to retain a session. Late cancellations forfeit the reserved date and membership hours used.

• Who is eligible?

  • Corporations, creative teams, and nonprofit organizations. Verified nonprofits receive the same member benefits and can request nonprofit-specific consideration for add-ons.

• When do member hourly rates apply?

  • Member weekday hourly rates apply only after an organization has used all included half-day sessions for the membership year.

• Which days are eligible for member hourly rates?

  • Sunday-Thursdays

• Is the cleaning fee charged for member hourly bookings?

• • No, the cleaning fee is waived for weekday hourly bookings booked at the member rate. 

• Do unused hours roll over?

  • No, included sessions expire at the end of the 12-month membership term and are not refundable.

• Are memberships transferable?

  • Memberships are non-transferable between organizations. We currently do not offer memberships for individuals.
