Ederer Hall Memberships​

Secure reliable weekday access to Ederer Hall with community-forward memberships designed for local teams, creative projects, and nonprofit programming. Choose the Community plan for three half-day sessions per year or Community Plus for five half-day sessions per year. Both plans include priority booking, member weekend discounts, and discounted weekday hourly rates once your included sessions are used.

 

Membership Overview

• Community — $3,000 per year

  • Includes: Three half-day sessions Monday through Thursday, up to 4 hours each.

  • Weekend discount: 10% off standard weekend rental rates.

  • After sessions used: Weekday hourly rate $275 per hour with the cleaning fee waived.

• Community Plus — $5,000 per year

  • Includes: Five half-day sessions Monday through Thursday, up to 4 hours each.

  • Weekend discount: 20% off standard weekend rental rates.

  • After sessions used: Weekday hourly rate $250 per hour with the cleaning fee waived.

 

What You Get

• Half-day definition: Up to 4 consecutive hours per session.

• Combine slots: Use two half-day sessions on the same date to create a full-day rental.

• Member weekend savings: Automatic discount applied for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday bookings.

• Discounted weekday hourly access: After your included sessions are used, book additional weekday hours at the member rate with no cleaning fee.

• Use of our tables, chairs, and AV system for the duration of your rental

• Organization assignment: Memberships are non-transferable between organizations but can be assigned to internal users.

 

How It Works

1. Purchase the membership to activate a 12-month term.

2. Reserve your half-day sessions with our team as soon as you are ready.

3. Use your included sessions within 12 months; unused sessions expire at the end of the membership term.

4. Once included sessions are used, schedule additional weekday time at the member's hourly rate. 

5. Reschedule with at least 60 days’ notice to retain a session. Late cancellations forfeit the reserved date.

• Who is eligible?

  • Corporations, creative teams, and nonprofit organizations. Verified nonprofits receive the same member benefits and can request nonprofit-specific consideration for add-ons.

• When do member hourly rates apply?

  • Member weekday hourly rates apply only after an organization has used all included half-day sessions for the membership year.

• Which days are eligible for member hourly rates?

  • Weekday hourly rates apply Monday through Thursday only.

• Is the cleaning fee charged for member hourly bookings?

  • No, the cleaning fee is waived for weekday hourly bookings booked at the member rate. 

• Can I combine hourly bookings and included sessions on the same day?

  • Yes, you may use included sessions and book additional hourly time on the same date subject to availability. Hourly bookings do not count toward your included sessions.

• Do unused sessions roll over?

  • No, included sessions expire at the end of the 12-month membership term and are not refundable.

• Are memberships transferable?

• Memberships are non-transferable between organizations. Internal user assignment is allowed.
