Deluxe Day of Coordination - $2250

  • 3 Months of Communication Leading up to the Event 

  • 6 Planning Meetings 

  • General Event Planning Outline Document 

  • Vendor Recommendation List

  • Month of Vendor Communication 

  • 1-hour ceremony rehearsal 

  • Floor Plan and Timeline Creation

  • 1 Site Walk Through 

  • 1 Coordinator for up to 12 hours of coordination on event day

  • Additional coordinator required for guest counts over 100 (Additional $500 charge) 

  • $500 Date Hold Deposit, $1500 due 3 months before, remaining due 2 weeks before

 

Partial Planning - $3500

  • 6 Months of Communication Leading up to the Event 

  • 12 Planning Meetings 

  • Event Planning Outline Document - Custom-made after first meeting

  • Vendor Recommendation List

  • Decor Proposal and assistance (Decor cost and set up not included)

  • Month of Vendor Communication 

  • 1-hour ceremony rehearsal 

  • Floor Plan and Timeline Creation

  • 1 Site Walk Through

  • 12 Months of Communication Leading up to the Event 

  • Unlimited Planning Meetings 

  • Event Planning Outline Document - Custom-made after first meeting

  • Full Vendor Research and Booking Assistance

  • Decor Proposal and assistance (Decor cost and set up not included)

  • Month of Vendor Communication 

  • 1-hour ceremony rehearsal 

  • Floor Plan and Timeline Creation

  • 1 Site Walk Through 

  • 1 Coordinator for up to 12 hours of coordination on event day
