Pricing & Staffing

• $75/hour for bars serving liquor

• $65/hour for beer and wine service only

• 4-hour minimum per bartender

• 1 bartender per 75 guests is required for smooth service

Alcohol & Licensing

Ederer Hall is a BYO venue—you provide the alcohol, and we provide the licensed staff to serve it.
If you’ve hired a licensed catering company to provide and serve alcohol, you’re welcome to use their bartenders—no additional fees apply.

 

Liability & Compliance

Our bartenders are trained to:

• Check IDs and monitor consumption

• Follow Washington State liquor laws

• Support a safe and celebratory environment
