How Ederer Hall Became Ours

A leap of faith, a newborn baby, and the village that built a venue. Before Ederer Hall was ours, we managed it for someone else. We knew the quirks of the building, the rhythm of events, and the potential tucked into every beam and window. But we never imagined we’d be the ones to take it on—not like this.
A Baby, a Big Decision, and Almost No Money
When the lease opportunity came up, our daughter was just a few months old. We were sleep-deprived, juggling diapers and spreadsheets, and staring down a decision that felt both thrilling and terrifying.
We didn’t have deep pockets. We didn’t have a polished business plan. What we had was heart—and a community that believed in us.
The Village That Built Ederer Hall
Friends, family, and even former clients showed up.
They helped us secure the lease when we hit roadblocks
They painted walls, patched floors, and hauled furniture
They brought snacks, tools, and encouragement
They helped us run events when we were still figuring it all out
Some came with skill. Some came with time. All came with love.
What We Learned
You don’t need perfect timing—you need people
You don’t need a huge budget—you need belief
You don’t need to do it alone—you need a village
Ederer Hall is more than a venue. It’s a story of resilience, community, and the kind of magic that happens when people show up for each other.
Who We Are Now
We’re a family-owned venue built on gratitude and grit. We celebrate the chaos, the beauty, and the joy of every event. And we honor the people who helped us get here—by creating space for others to gather, celebrate, and build their own stories.
